Dang-o!!!

Dang-O! It's been too long, ya'll. I remebered from days of old the cool, crisp air and deep blue skies that the Ohesian fall brought with it. Memories of throwin' the football around in college, long walks through amber pastures. Mmmm, lovely. I guess memories are not only idealistic but deceiving, 'cause it's been wicked nasty in Ohio! This is bullcrap, but I'm dealing. It's been raining for like 5 weeks straight.

As you can see, the 'ole jeep hit 100,000 miles. Last time I hit a milestone like this was with my Pontiac Grand Prix when it hit 200,000 miles (on the original transmission, by the way. Sick!) a few months before I sold it to a non-English speaking Mexican for its advertised price of $800. He seemed relatively astonished that I would sell it for $800, even after he drove it and heard the struts thumping away like an elephant trampling a herd of frogs. Plus, I had never had eight $100 bills before.
I love the Jeep. She's taken me far and kept me warm for many a diverse miles, and I plan on havin' her around for awhile.

Thanks for checkin' in. I promise a post in the near future that will chronicle in great detail Mt. Zion Fellowship of the Brethren and their Pastor, who raises chickens in his garage (I'm serious).
